Navnita Gautam (born 11 April 1992, Age: 27 years) is an Indian-Canadian celebrated sports massage therapist from Canada. She is currently appointed by the IPL team RCB (Royal Challengers Bangalore). The team is lead by Captain Virat Kohli. Further, it became the first team to appoint a female to support staff.

In June 2016, Navnita joined Simon Fraser University as Student Athletic Therapist Intern and worked there for 2 months.

In July 2017, she was seen in the Indian Women’s National Basketball Team in FIBA. As of 2021, she is working as the Massage Therapist for RCB.
