This film shows that a boy named Sundar (played by Nani) belongs to a Hindu Brahmin family. On the other hand, a girl named Leela Thomas (played by Nazriya Nazim) is from a Christian family. Eventually, Sundar and Leela met one another and fell in love. The further film shows that the two badly want to get married with the permission of their family members.

Sundar tried his best to train Leela like a Brahmin girl. Both wanted to convince father of Sundar for their wedding so that they can live together happily.
