Tushar Shetty started his dance career at the age of 15, after inspiring by the ‘Royal and Group’. He liked their flips and energetic dance and wanted to do the same. He has participated in many dance competitions at the college and school level. He won many awards and titles. His main dance genre is Hip Hop.

Tushar has joined many reality shows as an assistant choreographer in Dance India Dance season 4 and 6 and Nach Baliye season 6. He is the mentor of Tejas Verma in Super Dancer 3, in which they were the first runner-up of the show. In 2021, he taught dance to Florina Gogoi in Super Dancer season 4.
