After her birth, she visited Somerset, England where she was raised and completed her schooling education. Sonoya was only 9 years when she raised her passion to become a ballet dancer. When Miss. Sonoya was in ballet school her teacher recommended her to join Royal Ballet School in London.

She has spent her 10 years of life at Royal Ballet School in London. She is a graduate of Royal Ballet School. Sonoya has developed the skills for classical ballet dancing. When Sonoya Mizuno was a ballet dancer she got the honors to perform as a dancer for professional companies in Germany, and Scotland, with the English National Ballet. In her 20’s age, she switched to modeling, and then she worked with different fashion brands including Luis Vuitton. Then in 2012 when Sonoya was only 26 years old she got the chance to play a small role in the movie “Venus in Eros”. Then in 2014 her role in the science-fiction thriller movie “Ex Machine” was pretty cool and liked by the youngsters.

As of August 2022, Sonoya Mizuno has not confirmed her relationship with any man. She is happily single and busy with her projects.
